The Scottish Flexible Landscape is far bigger than previously thought.Â
The Scottish Flex Forum is a new regular meet-up of leaders in the Scottish Flexible Workspace industry. It’s aims are simple; to connect and inspire, share best practice and to facilitate networking.
The forum is facilitated by Your Flex Expert Ltd as a regional industry networking & insights group supported by spaces hosting us, therefor there is no membership fee, we are not a trade body.Â

Who is the Scottish Flex Forum For?
The Scottish Flex Forum is open to owners or leaders in Scotland’s Flexible Workspace Industry, from independents to national providers. If your head office is based outside Scotland but you have a presence here you are still welcome. Membership is open exclusively to Scotland‑based workspace consultants, agents and brokers who specialise in the flexible workspace sector.

Steven Carr is the Founder of Your Flex Expert and The Scottish Flex Forum. A well-known figure within Scotland's flexible workspace sector, Steven has spent many years working across serviced offices, coworking spaces, business centres and managed workspace environments. Before launching Your Flex Expert in 2026, he held a variety of operational, management and business development roles, helping to grow and launch flexible workspaces throughout the UK. His career includes experience with leading operators including IWG plc, Flexspace and Clockwise. Today, Steven works with workspace operators, landlords and occupiers, helping businesses find the right space while supporting the continued growth of the flexible workspace industry across Scotland and beyond.

Helen Denny is CEO of The Melting Pot, Scotland's Centre for Social Innovation and one of the UK's pioneering coworking communities. With more than 20 years' experience across entrepreneurship, social enterprise, innovation and business development, Helen is recognised for her leadership in creating collaborative spaces where people, ideas and organisations can connect and thrive. Prior to becoming CEO, she founded and grew her own social business and has built a career focused on strategy, facilitation, learning and organisational development. A passionate advocate for flexible working, community-led innovation and positive social change, Helen plays an active role in supporting Scotland's social enterprise and coworking sectors
