Your Flex Expert Says

I’ve worked in a number of flexible office spaces in Edinburgh City Centre has one of the highest concentration of flexible workspaces in Edinburgh, with a huge variety.

Hotspots include Princes Street , George Street and Waverley.

Edinburgh City Centre also commands the highest desk/office space rental rates in Scotland (and one of the highest in the UK after London). Desks in the larger fully serviced spaces typically are £300+ pp/m plus VAT with some of the higher end spaces charging £500+.

However if you are looking for more affordable office space to rent in Edinburgh City Centre many smaller boutique townhouse operators do offer small private offices at more affordable rates from about £250/desk – the trade-off is less amentiies like breakout space or castle views.

Dog-friendly offices in Edinburgh City are becoming more popular  as well as cyclist friendly offices.

Offices with private parking in Edinburgh are rarer and parking spaces are charged at a premium. The tram , bus and train services are available , I use the Edinburgh Trams service frequently

Light industrial /workspace space are very rare in Edinburgh City Centre – if you are looking for this you will need to search on the outskirkts of the city in areas like Newbridge.
