The amount you earn depends on the type of requirement you refer.

  • Office space and light industrial deals (up to 12‑month terms): You earn 20% of my gross commission. Example: If I earn my standard 10% introducer fee, you receive 20% of that amount.

  • All other requirements — including coworking, meeting space, and short term pop‑up retail: You earn 10% of my commission.

This structure keeps things simple and ensures you’re rewarded fairly based on the type of deal completed.

Payment is typically made within 30 working days of me receiving my commission from the space provider. Your referral reward will be sent directly to your nominated bank account.

Anyone in Scotland  who is looking for office space, flexible workspace, coworking, meeting rooms, light industrial space, or pop‑up retail. If they’re exploring options or planning a move, they’re a good fit.

 

A referral is qualified when you provide accurate contact details for someone who has a genuine requirement for workspace and is open to being contacted by me, who I am currently not already working with or is not already working with another broker or agent.
