What are your introduction fees?
I operate on a simple fair and transparent commission structure.
For offices, retail unit and flexible business units rentals, it’s 10% of the first 12 month’s rent (with monthly or quarterly payment options available for shorter term contracts)
For meeting room and corporate event introductions, the commission is 8% of the total booking value.
When it comes to month-to-month coworking desks or hot‑desking memberships, its 75% of the first month’s membership fee, based on your advertised rates. (or 10% for 12-month contracts)
This predictable transparent approach ensures every venue or operator only pays for the value they receive.
What are your payment terms?
I will typically from the move-in date or when the deposit has been paid , whatever is sooner on 30 day payment terms.
